Next Day Delivery

The next day delivery service applies on orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 12pm.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Excludes bank holidays.

Note: Jura Dealers uses a private delivery firm. Any strikes in the public postal system will not affect your orders.

Standard Next Day deliveries are delivered will need to be signed for.We try very hard to get your delivery to you, we do require your help for this to happen. Please give us as much address information as you can and a contact telephone number.If no-one is in the courier will leave a card with details of how to have your parcel redelivered Please Read the card! You MUST contact the courier as soon as possible. If the parcel is returned back to sender you will be charged £10 for the parcel to be re-shipped.

Returns Policy

If you find for any reason that you are unsatisfied with the goods which you have purchased from us please contact our customer services department within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the items. If the goods are damaged please inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange collection. If you are returning the goods due to a change of heart or due to ordering the wrong item, then you must fund the return carriage.Goods must be returned within a further 7 days of your contact informing us of the intent to return.

Machines & Accessories

1) Goods returned for any reason must be in their original packing complete. I.E. returned "as new".
2) Goods must be complete and unused. Any auxiliary items within the packaging must also be returned "as new".
3) No used items will be accepted returned "as new".
4) If you have not complied with the aforesaid timelines we cannot refund you for the returned goods.

Refunds

1) A full refund is entirely dependant on our assessment of the goods being returned in a re-sellable condition and being returned for a genuine reason. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee under any circumstances.
2) If goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition we will either; return the goods to you and charge you the carriage; or we will invoice you to bring the goods back to a re-sellable condition.
3) If the goods are returned without any of the auxiliary items these will be charged for at the full RRP.

Please also refer to Terms & Conditions as per invoice, your statutory rights are not affected
