JURA has put up for auction a bespoke PINK ENA 5 in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.

This unique coffee machine will go to the highest registered bidder at 12 noon on 30th October 2009. ALL of the proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Awareness Month charities; Breakthrough, Breast Cancer Care and Cancer Research UK.

- The auction is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- Placing a bid enters you into a legally binding contract to purchase the pink ENA at the stated price if you are registered as the highest bidder by the website www.juradealers.co.uk at 12 noon on 30th October 2009.
- No payment or card details will be taken at the time of bidding; the winning bidder will be required to make the payment to JURA Products Ltd within 7 days of the auction closing.
- The winning bidder will be contacted by telephone or email within 72hrs of the closing date with details on where to make the payment.
- On receipt of payment the pink ENA will be delivered to the winning bidder within 72hours.
- The closing date for bids is 12 noon 30th October 2009.
- Payment must be made by 6th November 2009.
- Bidders may enter as many bids as desired.
- There is one PINK ENA 5 available to bid on.
- This product is an Exclusive production. Exclusivity is guaranteed for 6 months, Jura Products reserve the right to produce more of this product after this time if they so wish.
- By bidding, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these auction Terms and Conditions.
- No responsibility accepted for bids which are illegible, incomplete or late such bids will be disqualified.
- The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the auction.
